If any items received are damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will see if we can work something out. Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY, via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested by the buyer. Buyer assumes all shipping costs. The shipping and handling fee is generally 10-15% of your order, depending on item, destination, and order size.

Our glazes are hand-mixed, and food and dishwasher safe (although hand-washing is always gentler, and preferred, for best care).
