Our items are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns. In the event of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve. Shipping is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may be assessed in some cases in the event of a return.

Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY, via UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested by the buyer. Buyer assumes all shipping costs.
