As our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If any items received are damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will see if we can work something out. Shipping is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may be assessed in some cases in the event of a return.

Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY, via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, unless a different method is requested by the buyer. Buyer assumes all shipping costs. The shipping and handling fee is generally 10-15% of your order, depending on item, destination, and order size. 

The nature of items made lovingly by hand inherently involves slight variations from object to object. We embrace this quality, and know it makes each and every one of our items special and singular.

Our glazes are hand-mixed, and food and dishwasher safe (although hand-washing is always gentler, and preferred, for best care).
